A tour out of this planet!
Imagine you show up to a Latino party, and suddenly, the whole place gets abducted by a UFO coming from Saturn! That’s exactly what happened this last Sunday at the Moody Center in Austin, TX. when Rauw Alejandro visited our planet to bring one of the best music shows of the year presenting Saturno World Tour 2023, or at least that’s what we remember… maybe it was just a dream.
An interstellar perreo is what we experienced that night when the Puerto Rican-born artist made his appearance in front of 15.000+ spectators to bring us on a musical journey to Saturno.
Laser shots, futuristic computer programs, and aliens from another planet were the theme showcased on the mothership while “Rauw” underneath it was performing some hits songs like “Punto 40”, “Lejos Del Cielo” and “De Carolina” from his third studio album Saturno released November last year.
Saturno keeps the reggaeton sauce while taking the genre to a whole different level, mixing his Latino roots, and adding an Electronic Pop twist, leaving with a very unique futuristic sound, somewhat ahead of this time.
Not only his music goes to another level but also “Rauw’s” performance on stage is unbelievable, entertaining us with a full-on show of synchronized lights with space stunts and dance choreographies, including the appearance of the dance group Jabbawockeez and Puerto Rican singer Chris Palace.
It was an amazing experience to see one of reggaeton’s most popular artists live and dance to his hits. The show was full of energy, lights, and surprises. We hope you can go next time he comes to your city. You won’t regret it!
