San Antonio was submerged under a pink wave!
What a fantastic night we just experienced! We had the privilege of attending P!NK’s Summer Carnival Tour at the monumental Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, and we need to say it was one of the best concerts we’ve ever been to.
The lineup was amazing: GROUPLOVE, Brandi Carlile and the fabulous P!nk.
They all delivered stellar performances that had the crowd on their feet, singing along and dancing the whole night.
And literally, the people started dancing the moment the doors of the venue opened to the awesome beats of DJ Kid Cut Up who was in charge of warming engines while we all waited for the bands to play.
GROUPLOVE
GROUPLOVE kicked off the show with their upbeat indie-pop songs that are perfect for summer. They played some of their hits like “Itchin’ On A Photograph”, “Tongue Tied”, “Ways to Go” and “Colours”
Their shows are always full of great energy and chemistry on stage, they are so much fun and last night they interacted with the audience a lot who enjoyed every second of the band on stage.
Some fans in front of the stage told us this was the first time they heard the band and they were in love with them. That is GROUPLOVE, a band that transmits love, fun and dancing!

BRANDI CARLILE
Brandi Carlile was next, and she blew everyone away with her powerful voice and heartfelt lyrics. She sang some of her classics like “The Story”, “The Joke” and “The Eye”, as well as a cover to finish her act, “We Are The Champions” by Queen. She shared some stories behind her songs, She was so genuine and authentic, and she made the audience feel every emotion.

P!NK
But of course, the thousands of fans were waiting for the main act of the night, the fabulous P!nk
She put on a spectacular show that was full of surprises the whole night.
From aerial stunts, amazing dancers on stage, and a band with incredible musicians the performance was spectacular.
P!nk is such a talented performer, she sang her hits with passion and emotion and spends the night interacting with the crowd, explaining almost every song she’s about to sing and telling all kinds of different personal stories.
The stage was like a giant carnival, with colorful lights, balloons, confetti and dancers.
She made everyone feel like we were all part of her family. It was one of those concerts you enjoy the second the lights go down and the music starts.
Some highlights of the show was when P!nk brought Brandi Carlile on stage to pay tribute to the late Sinéad O’connor by singing “Nothing Compares 2 U” and she also brought her daugther Willow Sage Hart to sing with her “Cover Me in Sunshine”
The show was almost perfect, besides an awkward moment because of a concertgoer who was yelling about circumcision. This person held his phone in front of P!nk to read the message that reportedly said “Circumcision: cruel and harmful.”
“Oh, you’re making a whole point right now, aren’t you? Do you feel good about yourself? You spent all this money to come here and do that? I could buy a Birkin bag with that type of money… Get that shit out of here.” the singer told him before she called security and kicked him out of the venue in the middle of a crowd cheering and booing this person.
