NOTHING MORE

Nothing More absolutely exploded onto the Frost Bank Center stage, proving once again why they are one of the most exciting bands in modern rock. Hailing from San Antonio, the crowd welcomed their hometown heroes with deafening cheers. Kicking off their set with “Do You Really Want It?”, the band wasted no time whipping the audience into a frenzy. Unfortunately, vocalist Jonny Hawkins couldn’t make it to this show since he had a throat infection, making it impossible for him to sing. In his place last night, they flew in Brandon Saller of Atreyu, who rocked the stage!

The band’s energy was relentless. Tracks like “House On Sand” and “If It Doesn’t Hurt” sounded even bigger live, with pounding drums and earth-shaking bass lines. Seller’s emotional power and connection to the audience made the performance feel deeply personal, yet explosively grand. The set ended on a high note with “Angel Song”, leaving the crowd pumped and ready for more. Nothing More didn’t just open the night—they dominated it.

DAUGHTRY

Following Nothing More, Daughtry took the stage and showed exactly why Chris Daughtry’s voice remains one of the most powerful in rock music. Opening with “The Reckoning,” Daughtry’s band delivered a polished, heartfelt performance that leaned hard into anthemic rock. Chris commanded the stage effortlessly, hitting every note with the kind of raw, emotional weight that’s made him a household name since his American Idol days.

Songs like “It’s Not Over” and “The Day I Die” struck deep emotional chords, with fans singing along word-for-word. The band’s newer material blended seamlessly into their setlist, proving they’re still evolving while staying true to their roots. Chris even shared some personal words about perseverance and connection, creating a warm and personal vibe that contrasted perfectly with the night’s heavier moments. Daughtry’s set was the emotional soul of the nightuplifting, powerful, and utterly unforgettable. It left fans feeling all the feels and craving even more.

“The Sickness” 25th Anniversary Tour

When it was finally time for Disturbed, the Frost Bank Center went wild. The lights dimmed, the first haunting notes of “Voices” echoed through the arena, and David Draiman’s iconic presence dominated the stage instantly. Launching into a set that celebrated every explosive track from The Sickness and beyond, Disturbed showed exactly why they’ve been kings of the heavy scene for almost 30 years.

Tracks like “Stupify,” “The Game,” and “Down with the Sickness” sent waves of adrenaline through the crowd. Draiman’s voice sounded massive—as menacing and powerful as ever. The pyro effects, massive fire columns, and synchronized lights made every song feel like a full-blown rock opera. In a touching moment, Draiman also spoke about mental health and unity before delivering an emotional rendition of “A Reason to Fight.”

Disturbed didn’t just give a concert—they delivered a war cry for everyone who’s ever found strength in heavy music. It was an electrifying, emotional, legendary performance that San Antonio will be talking about for years.
