ROSALÍA has officially launched the North American leg of her global LUX TOUR, bringing her celebrated blend of flamenco roots, experimental pop, and cutting-edge production to audiences across the continent. The North American run began last night with a sold-out performance at TD Garden in Boston, where thousands of fans welcomed the Spanish superstar back to the stage. Following a successful run of international dates, ROSALÍA is now turning her attention to audiences across the United States and Canada, where anticipation for the tour has been building for months.
Among the most anticipated stops is Houston, Texas, where she will perform at the Toyota Center on June 23, giving us, Texas fans, the opportunity to experience one of the most talked-about live productions currently on the road. With a reputation for constantly reinventing herself and pushing creative boundaries, the LUX TOUR promises an immersive concert experience that showcases both her artistic evolution and her powerful connection with audiences worldwide.
ROSALÍA opened the evening with “Sexo, Violencia y Llantas,” before taking fans through the tour’s ambitious five-act production, blending songs from LUX with fan favorites from MOTOMAMI.
The show featured breathtaking visuals, intricate choreography, a live ballet sequence, a stripped-back acoustic intermezzo, a theatrical segment framed as a living work of art and more. Backed by a world-class cast of dancers and musicians, ROSALÍA delivered a visually stunning and emotionally immersive performance.
She continued with “Porcelana,” “Divinize,” “SAOKO,” “La Fama,” and “De Madrugá,” each one met with enthusiastic reactions from the sold-out crowd. As the night progressed, the set moved seamlessly through songs like “El Redentor,” “La Perla,” “Sauvignon Blanc,” and “La Yugular,” showcasing the depth and versatility of her catalog.
For the final stretch of the main set, ROSALÍA delivered some of her most beloved tracks, including “Bizcochito,” “Despechá,” and “F*CK U RANNI,” sending the audience into a frenzy before leaving the stage. She returned moments later for an encore performance of “Magnolias,” bringing the night to a memorable and emotional close.
