A fantastic blend of styles!
Darker Waves Fest 2023 wasn’t just a sonic journey that gathered some of the best music bands such as Tears For Fears, New Order, The Human League, Echo & The Bunnymen, Devo, OMD, among others, but a fashion time capsule. Attendees embraced the festival’s dark and new wave theme, channeling ’80s and ’90s vibes with leather jackets, fishnet stockings, and neon accents.
Black clothes, big boots, heavy makeup and asymmetrical hairstyles complemented bold outfit choices, while band t-shirts and vintage finds paid homage to the era’s iconic groups. Attendees fused nostalgia with contemporary flair, showcasing a diverse blend of styles that mirrored the eclectic lineup. Darker Waves Fest became a living canvas of alternative fashion, proving that personal expression is as much a part of the festival experience as the music itself.
